Share your name, email, phone number, and a brief description of why you're seeking counseling. Expect to hear back within 1-2 business days. To be able to practice my own self-care and fully take the weekends off, Greenhouse is closed Friday - Sunday.

02 / schedule a consultation

This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you might have and for me to get a few more details about what you shared in your contact form. We’ll evaluate to see if working together therapeutically feels like a good fit for us both.

03 / set up intake & complete paperwork

Intake sessions look a little different from typical sessions as their purpose is to get to know each other better, gain more background info, and collaboratively set a treatment plan. All paperwork must be completed prior to an intake session.
